On September 22nd 2017, Academy of Justice welcomed in a meeting a delegation from the Judicial Council of Montenegro, headed by Mr. Mladen Vukcevic, Chairman of the Council.
Purpose of the visit was close acquaintance with the work and activities of the Academy of Justice, exchange of ideas and best practices for organizing judicial trainings, as well as increase of cooperation level between Academy of Justice and the Judicial Council of Montenegro.
Acting Director of the Academy of Justice Mr. Besim Morina, informed the delegation about the role, function and structure of the Academy of Justice, its achievements and challenges, legal framework, the mandate, as well as about other issues of common interest in the area of judicial trainings.
On the other hand, Chairman of the Judicial Council of Montenegro, Mr. Mladen Vukcevic, expressed his satisfaction for visiting Kosovo, and presented challenges of Montenegro in the area of judicial training.
The Montenegro delegation was hosted by Kosovo Judicial Council headed by the Chairman Mr. Nehat Idrizi, who in the meeting highlighted the good work that the Academy is doing for supporting the judicial system in Kosovo and for excellent inter-institutional cooperation.
