On 06 December 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “House search”.
Within this training will be treated: procedure before commencement of the house search and rights of the defendant. Limitation when conducting search, evidence not related to search, search without a court order, and admissibility of evidences collected during the search.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and prosecutors of basic instance and police investigators.
