On September 27 and 28 2018, theoretical training component for the newly appointed judges will deliver two sessions from the Module on “Legislation and additional skills”, the sub-module “Juvenile Justice Code”.
Topics that will be elaborated are the following: imposing measures and punishments to adults for crimes committed as juvenile, outcome of the educational measure, diversion measures and mediation, as well as types of diversion measures.
