On November 6 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a training on “Enforcement of judicial decisions in family cases and in labor disputes”.
This training will elaborate on the following: enforcement entity and its competence; decisions of the enforcement body and their content; legal basis for setting the enforcement in cases of employees return to work, or of cases of entrusting the child; actions of the enforcement entity and ways to implement enforcement.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of the Kosovo Supreme Court, the Appeals Court and of Basic courts of the civil division, professional associates and the private enforcement officers.
