On November 20th and 21st 2018, Academy of Justice with the support of USAID JSSP is organizing two training sessions on the following topic: case flow management by the courts personnel.
These sessions will focus on the best practices of the case flow handling, with the purpose of avoiding unreasonable delays of the case processing.
On the 20th of November, this session is dedicated to the administrative staff from the region of Peja, Prizren and Gjakova, whereas on 21st, it is provided for the administrative staff of courts from Prishtina region, Mitrovica, Ferizaj and Gjilan.
