On January 28th 2019, Academy of Justice is organizing training on “Legal persons as perpetrators of the minor offence”.
This training will present on the following: Legal basis for the ways of conducting minor offence procedure against business entities as legal persons; When are the business entities considered liable as legal entities, liability of the responsible person of the legal entity, and cases when the responsible person of the legal entity is not held accountable; who is considered as responsible person of the legal entity; conducting legal procedures against business entities as individual businesses.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the minor offence divisions in the first instance courts.
