On March 1st 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with USAID is organizing training on Ways of acquiring ownership.
This training will present on the following: Law on Basic Property Relations, Law on Property and Other Real Rights, protection and dismissal of servitudes as well as the most frequent problems encountered in court practice.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and professional associates from Basic Courts of Prizren, Gjakova and Peja.
