On March 14-15 2019, Academy of Justice within its initial training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the module of the “Civil, Administrative and Economic Laws”, the sub-module on “Contested Procedure – first part”.
Topics to be discussed are: basic principles of the contested procedure, the constitutionality principle, principle of availability, principle of the material truth, principle of the cost-effectiveness, language in the contested procedure, general overview of on competence, subject competence, territorial competence, conflict related to the competence, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
