On March 20th 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with USAID is conducting training on “Co-ownership and joint property”.
This training will cover the following: Co-ownership according to the lLaw on Property and Other Real Rights: the meaning and object of the co-ownership; the Rights of the co-owner; administration of the co-ownership; termination of the co-ownership; Joint property according to the Law on Property of other Real Rights, joint property according to the Family Law, as well as discussion of the frequent issues that occur in the case law.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates of the region of Gjilan and Ferizaj.
