On March 28 and 29 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII), is conducting two training session on the Module on “The Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws” i.e. the sub-module on “Contested procedure – 1st part”.
Topics to be elaborated in these training sessions are the following: Submissions and delivery of documents, court action in cases where the submission is incomprehensible and complete, consequences of not completing - correction of the complaint, problems that may arise related to communication of documents, problems that may arise in delivery of documents in cases when the address is changed, hearings, ways of scheduling a hearing, venue of the hearing, deadline for submitting the proposal for return to the previous situation, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
