On April 4-5 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the Newly Appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions on the module of the “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module “Contested Procedure – first part”.
Topics to be discussed in this training are: judgment, content of the judgment, provision, drafting in writing and delivering the judgment, binding form of the judgment, types of judgments, partial judgment, judgment based on the withdrawal from the lawsuit, judgment due to absence, issuing judgment without setting hearing session according to provisions of Article 398 and 399 of the LCP, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
