On April 18-19 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program (generation VI) is conducting two sessions from the Module of “Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Initial hearing, second hearing and the main trial”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: rejection of the indictment, the second hearing, examination of objections to the evidence or the requests for filing the indictment, the appointment of the main trial and deciding on objections to the evidence or the requests for filing an indictment, reviewing the determination of the validity of the proposals, etc.
Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI), 2017-2018.
