September 2-3 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on the Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on “Initiation of formal investigation and criminal procedure”.
Issues that will be elaborated are: preliminary procedure- filing the criminal indictment, pre-investigation procedure – basis of suspicion, authorizations of the state prosecutor after receipt of the criminal report, dismissal of the criminal report, requesting additional information, raising direct indictment, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
