On 24-25 September 2019, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with EULEX under the Continuous Training Program (CTP), is conducting a training on: “Capacity building of Prosecutors and legal officers of the SPRK in prosecuting terrorism cases”.
This training will cover: Peculiarities and challenges in prosecuting terrorism cases in Kosovo, prosecution of terrorism cases and other serious crimes - preparation of pre-trial and witness protection, cross-examination of the suspects, closing argument and complaints,
Beneficiaries of this training are: Prosecutors and Legal Officers of the SPRK.
