November 18 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting one training session from he Module on Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on “Defendant in the criminal proceeding”.
Topics to be elaborated in this training are as follows: defendant during the short procedure and the procedure for international legal aid, defendant during the procedure for giving the sanctioning orders, and defendant during the procedure for provision of international legal assistance.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
