December 12-13 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the Module on “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo” i.e. the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”.
Topics covered in this training are the following: the figure and general object of the criminal offence, as well as liability of legal persons for criminal offences according to the criminal legislation of Kosovo.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
