Financial Knowledge

Today, September 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Justice Project is conducting the next training for professional associates of the Commercial Court on the topic: "Financial Knowledge".

Purpose of this two-day training is to provide professional associates in the Commercial Court with more in-depth knowledge in the field of financial knowledge, including elements of financial statements, types of financial reports, reporting frameworks, etc.

During the second day, the participants will have the opportunity to discuss financial disputes between operators with economic impact, types of damages during the transaction between the parties, tax and fiscal issues.

Part of the training methodology will also be the practical cases prepared by the trainer Mr. Lekë Musa - financial expert, in which case the participants will have the opportunity to face problems from practice.

The beneficiaries of the training are the professional associates of the Commercial Court.
