From 05-07 October 2017, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ organizes the Workshop on Institutional Cooperation on Financial Investigation.
This training will present on the following: Interaction of FIU/ Law Enforcement for Money Laundering; Interaction FIU/ Prosecution; Legal Mechanisms for Asset Sequestration and Confiscation; Prevention Measures for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing; Witness cooperation/ protection of witnesses; Plea bargaining with defendants; Procedures and principles for sequestration and confiscation, as well as Covert Measures related to money laundering and terrorism financing.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Basic Courts, Prosecutors of Basic Prosecution instance, the Appeals Prosecution and Special Prosecution of Kosovo, Kosovo Police Officers and Kosovo Customs Officials.
