On 12 December 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Criminal procedure involving offenders with mental disorders”.
Within this training will be treated: features of criminal procedure involving offenders with mental disorders, detention of persons with mental disorders, application of psychiatric examination, mandatory psychiatric treatment in mental health institutions and in freedom.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of criminal field from all instances and prosecutors.
