On December 13-14 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNCEF organizes training on “Protection of the rights of children in cases of change to their status”.
Ths training will present on the following: Maternity and paternity; protection of the rights of children in the procedure of objecting and proving maternity and paternity; Protection of the rights of children in cases of domestic violence; Principle of the best interest for the children; ways and methods of the court communication with the children in judicial proceedings.
Beneficiaries in this training are: Judges of the Appeals Court – Civil division, judges of Basic courts – civil division, professional associates, and officials from the Custody Body.
