On December 13 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting training from the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Obtaining and administering evidence in civil proceeding”.
Topic to be covered are: 1) obtaining evidence; 2)insuring evidence – preliminary evidence; 3) proving remedies; 4) scene examination; 5) exercises with practical cases, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
