On January 17th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training on the module: “Criminal Code”, the sub-module: “Criminal code – general part”.
Topics being covered in today’s training are: 1) criminal liability, 2) elements of the criminal liability, 3) irresponsibility, 4) fault, 5) forms of fault, 6) intent, 7) distinction between the direct and individual intent, 8) negligence and its types, 9) mislead, etc.
