On February 19th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting training from the Module on Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module: Search and confiscation.
Topics to be discussed are: familiarization with practical cases from the national courts, actions of the prosecutor and pretrial judge, decisions of the basic courts, the appeals court and the supreme court, additional sanctions, comparison of the national court decisions compared with the regional courts, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), 2018-2019.
