On April 4 and 5 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting two training sessions from the module on “Criminal Code of Kosovo”, the sub-module “Statute of limitation”.
Topics to be discussed are the following: understanding statute of limitation, legal nature of the statute of limitation, duration for the statute of limitation foreseen by Criminal code of the Republic of Kosovo, non-applicability of the statute of limitation for criminal offences against the international laws and aggravated murder, initiation and cease of the statute of limitation for criminal prosecution, absolute statute of limitation for criminal prosecution, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
