April 19 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNICEF within its Continuous Training Program (CTP) is organizing training on the new Juvenile Justice Code.
This training will elaborate on the following: Diversion measures – International Standards; Principles of the Juvenile Justice Code as a guarantee for implementation of the Restauration Justice for Juveniles; mediation and Diversion measures according to the JJC; legal capacities according to JJC on Diversion measures; general overview on each of the diversion measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are Prosecutors of the Juvenile’s Department from the region of Prishtina, Gjilan and Ferizaj.
