On April 18 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) is organizing training on the following: “role of the Kosovo Privatization Agency and the privatization process of entities by KPA”.
This training will elaborate on Authorizations of the Agency in the privatization process; bidders with bidding bans; Verification and announcement of the provisional winner; Approval and rejection of the bid.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of the Special Chamber, judges of the basic courts – civil division, legal officials and professional associates.
