On April 25 and 26 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of generation VII is conducting two training sessions from the Module on “The Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module “Family Law”.
Topics of discussion are: main principles of the divorce procedure, the proceeding, ways of decision making and legal remedies in divorce cases, understanding and importance of the obligation of alimony, exercise, suspension, limitation and removal of the parental right, status of the marital child, objection of paternity and maternity, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
