On 16 and 17 September 2019, two (2) training sessions will be held at the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (Generation VIII), under the Module: Criminal Procedural Code, submodule: “Indictment and review procedure”.
Issues that will be treated during this training are: Review, extension and dropping of the indictment, representation of the indictment by the state prosecutor during the Trial and proposal of supplementing the procedure with evidence supporting the indictment.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
