On 17th-18th September 2019, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with JSSP within the Continuous Training Program (CTV), is conducting training on: "Legal Writing and Reasoning- Civil Law".
Topics that will be elaborated during this training are: introducing the RAC method, submission and formal evaluation of the judicial review (presentation of examples), legal research & writing skills for judges (focusing on judicial review). Structure and content of court decisions according to LCP regulation, reasoning of court decisions (analysis of facts, summary of evidence and application of legal norms – examples.
Beneficiaries of this training were: judge and professional associates from the Civil Department, Prishtina and Mitrovica region.
