On 24 October 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing a training on: “Personal and interdisciplinary skills”, submodule Professional Ethics”.
Topics to be elaborated in this training: Duties and functions of the disciplinary prosecutor's office (ODC), duties and functions of the disciplinary prosecutor's office, what misconduct based on the Code of Ethics for Judges and Prosecutors will the ODC investigate, what the ODC will do after the filing of complaints and what will happen after the investigation of the ODC.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
