December 10 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP), supported by GIZ – Legal and Professional reform project is conducting mandatory training on “Professional ethics”.
This training is elaborating the following: Code of Professional Ethics for judges and Prosecutors – basic principles, Regulation on Professional misconduct, definition of misconduct, categorization of misconduct, disciplinary measures. This training is designed to elaborate on aforementioned issues on ethics and their combination with practical cases and solving these dilemmas.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges who did not complete this training in the e-learning platform – 2nd group.
