February 4-5 2020, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program – Specialized Trainings, is conducting training on “Organized crime and corruption – Session I”.
This training is elaborating on the following topics: Definition of elements of criminal offences of organized crime, definition of elements of the official corruption, forms of organized crime, forms of corruption and similarities and distinction between corruption and elements of the organized crime.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors of the first and second instance, including judges and prosecutors of special instances.
