February 6 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial training for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting one training session from the sub-module on Measures for ensuring presence of the defendant in the proceeding.
Topics to be elaborated are: banning the defendant to approach certain places and persons, and obligation of the defendant to appear to the closes police station.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
