On 05 and 06 March 2020, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), two (2) training sessions are being developed under the submodule: “Evidence in Criminal Proceedings”.
Topics to be addressed are: General rules for the evaluation of evidence, the probative power of the defendant to testify, and the probative power of the witness to testify.
Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed Judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
