June 15 and 16 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions through the Zoom platform, from the sub-module on “Reasoning of judgments”, with Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, President of the Basic Court in Ferizaj as trainer.
Topics that are being covered are: Legal writing and methodology of IRAC method, legal writing in USA is featured with the use of IRAC method, that addresses the legal issues, identification of the issue (the problem), analysis of the legal norm and legal reasoning.
In the today’s session, prosecutors had discussion and elaborated on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
