On 14 and 15 July 2020, within the initial training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), two (2) training sessions are being held through the online platform "Zoom" from the sub module: "ECHR" with trainer Mrs. Emine Kaçiku Judge at the Supreme Court.
The topics that are being addressed within this sub-module are: Article 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights, prohibition of discrimination, protocol 12 of the ECHR and discrimination and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Training is being conducted through examples from court practice as well as conversations with participants.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
