On February 25th 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) is conducting training on the module of the “Criminal procedure Code”, the sub-module “Evidence in criminal proceeding”.
Topics to be discussed are the following: inadmissible evidence, obtaining evidence during investigation, statement of the defendant and testimony of the witness, personal evidence and their importance in the proceeding, some of the inadmissible evidence according to CPC, etc.
