On March 18 2019, Academy of Justice is conducting the training on the topic of “The property rights protection – the ECHR Aticle 1, Protocol 1”.
This training will elaborate on the following: basic notions of the ECHR Protocol 1; Role of the right to respect the individual’s property; Conditions for intrusion to the property right dues to public interest; Standards and criteria for compensations, and deprivation from property in the context of ECHR Protocol 1, and the case law of the ECtHR.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of all instances of the Republic of Kosovo, and professional associates.
