On May 2-3 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions on the following topics: “The civil, administrative and commercial laws”, i.e. the sub-module on “Family Law”.
During this training the following will be covered: adoption, property relationship between spouses, domestic violence and its definition, protection measures in cases of domestic violence, judicial protection against domestic violence, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
