June 20 and 21 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions on the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module “The Property rights and other real rights”.
Topics that will be discussed are the following: original ways for acquiring ownership, winning status of limitation (usucapio), building in foreign land, judicial protection of the ownership rights, revendication claims, action publiciana, actio negatoria, protocol 1 of the European convention for protection of the human rights and liberties, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
