June 27 and 28 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) will conduct two training sessions from the module on the Civil, administrative and Commercial Laws, i.e. the sub-module on the Right to property and other real rights.
Topics to be covered in this training are: nugatory lawsuit, protection of possession, real right to foreign objects, real and personal rights, principles and types of servitude, termination of servitude, protection of servitude, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
