July 1-2 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, i.e. the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”.
Topics that will be covered in this training are: time and place of the crime, place of the crime, importance of determining the place where the crime was committed, place of crime in crimes committed in cooperation, place of crime remaining in attempt, time when the crime was committed, importance of determining the time when the crime was committed, time of action – inaction as a time of crime commission.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
