October 10-11 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the module on the national and international legal order, i.e. the sub-module on “EU legislation”.
Issues that will be covered are structure of treaties, nature of competencies and basic principles of the European Union, competencies of the European union competencies, European union institutions, European commission, European parliament and the EU Court of Justice.
Beneficiaries of the trainign are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
