On 25 October 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VIII), is conducting a training under the module: “Legislation and additional skills”, submodule: “Juvenile Justice Code”.
Issues to be covered during this training are: Introduction to the Juvenile Justice Code - Guiding principles, definition, measures and penalties for juveniles and their selection, guiding principles, measures and sentences applicable to juveniles, measures and sentences applicable and the role of probation service.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
