November 12 2019, Academy of Justice, supported by GIZ, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on “Criminal proceeding against adult perpetrators where the victims are minors”.
Issues that are being covered in this training are: specifics of the criminal proceeding in cases when the adult commits crime against a juvenile, crimes against minors, i.e. crimes from Article 145 of the JJC, the minor as a victim of criminal offence, cases from practice and recommendations for solving these cases in the future.
Beneficiaries of this training are prosecutors and judges of Juvenile departments.
