Accusation and punishment of domestic violence cases

On September 5, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the European Union - EUKOJUST, is conducting the training on the topic "Accusation and punishment of cases of cases of domestic violence".

The trainer engaged in this activity is Mrs. Bardhë Krasniqi, Public Legal Education Expert on Domestic Violence and Marginalized Groups, EUKOJUST.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the improvement of prosecutorial and judicial response to domestic violence.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and Prosecutors.
