Engaging children in heavy forms of labor and forced labor
Today on February 11 2022, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the International Labor Organization (ILO) is conducting a training on “Engaging children in heavy forms of labor and forced labor”.
This training comes as a results of two workshops conducted during 2021, in which case from the local expert Mrs. Ariana Qosaj Mustafa and working groups have prepared standard operating procedures for judges and prosecutors, regarding cases of engaging children in hard labor and forced labor.
During the training, in addition to the disclosure of the prepared material and its analysis, participants will be divided into working groups, where they will prepare a presentation on the adjudication and protection of cases of child labor.
The training is being conducted in-person, according to the recommendations and instructions of the Ministry of Health and NIPHK.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from basic courts, Prosecutors from basic prosecution offices, Victim Advocates and officials from social work centers.
