July 2nd 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Trainings Program (CTP) is organizing training on the Law on Business organizations.
This training will elaborate on the following: main purposes of the law and its scope; ways of establishing or closing business organizations and legal consequences; organization ways, capital structure and the right and responsibilities of owners, officials of the business organizations, their representatives and third persons; legal procedure and their application in protection of the rights that derive from business organizations.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges from the commercial departments of the Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court.
