February 5 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting one training session from the sub-module on “Special procedures according to CPCK”.
Topics that are being elaborated are: procedures against persons who committed crimes under the alcohol or drugs influence, and criminal procedures involving perpetrators with mental disorders, diminished essential responsibility and its impact on criminal liability and sanctions according to CPCK and decision on the ability to undertake the trial.
