Legal Remedies and Special Procedures

On September 26, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the SAEK project are conducting training for professional associates on the topic of Legal remedies and Special Procedures.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Atdhe Dema, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo, and Mr. Skender Çoçaj, judge at the Appeals Court.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on legal remedies.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates from all courts and prosecution offices in Kosovo.
